The Sign of the Beaver is an amazing book for teenagers. Its main characters, Matt and Attean, are teenagers like us! So you will feel a very strong connection.

This book is about these two brave and strong boys, Matt and Attean. Matt is a white boy, who is left alone in a log cabin his family has bought. His father goes to Maine, where he lived before, to look for his mother, who is expecting a baby. The other character, Attean, is an indian who lives peacefully with his family near Matt's log cabin. These two boys generate a very nice relationship, in which they help each other. They experience the most crazy and unimaginable adventures which are going to make you want to read more and more. This relationship without boundaries, without differences is going to make you look at friendship from another perspective.

I totally recommend this book, especially to teenagers. You will learn more about friendship. I, being a teenager, have enjoyed this book a lot. So save some money or ask your parents to buy this excellent book.
